Guide to write a Tender Bid

You need to decide to bid amount, thereafter you’ll think to decide how ‘ll you manage the bid. Remind the following tips

  • Who are the person, gather information and then analyze it
  • Who co-ordinate the material as it need in tender
  • Who is writing the drafts
  • How will the rest of yours firms work get done.

A very nice suggestion in begin before to start, you have to make a proper list of questions you would ask if a company was submitting a tender provide a product or service to you.

What the clients will expect from you:

  • Always state the purpose and origin of the bid
  • Summarize your work as a contractor, past exp. And credential for this job
  • say how you’ll carry out the work, and how and when the client’s aims will be achieved
  • explain the benefits and value for money of your bid
  • detail when and how goods and services are to be delivered, and provide a timetable
  • demonstrate your team’s skills, experience of similar work and their responsibilities if you win the contract
  • explain how you will manage the project
  • give details of your pricing and any aftercare arrangements within the price
  • be practical and identify potential problems without promising what’s clearly impossible for you to deliver

Include a covering letter that responds to the bid invitation, summaries your main message and explains how the documents are organized.

You should also be aware that information from your tender may be disclosed in the future under the Freedom of Information Act. This gives anyone, including your competitors, the general right to see information held by public authorities – including the information in your tender.

PSA Nitrogen Gas Generator Technology, Psa gas Plants

PSA Nitrogen N2 Gas Generator Equipment is an Inertisation Gas Atmosphere Generator … enabling a permanent source of onsite NITROGEN / inert gas, with minimum energy consumption. lar Sieves CMS. Under Pressure these columns retain all Active Molecules compounds present in air like (Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide and Water) with the exception of the inert gases like Nitrogen & Argon.. The N2 Gas can be produced onsite for direct use or can be stored in Nitrogen storage tanks for intermittent use.
( Nitrogen and Argon ). This process is referred as PSA ( Pressure Swing Adsorption ).

Pressure swing adsorption oxygen gas plant and oxygen generating systems units plants are suitable for a large number of industrial applications. Oxygen is an important ingredient that is required in large volume in many applications. PSA method which is described here is most productive for relatively smaller applications. The unique feature of PSA Oxygen Gas plants is that apart from being environment friendly, they have the ability to remove gases like Carbon dioxide from waste gas streams.

The principle of adsorptive separation of air is done by the following process:

  1. Compression of feed air and conditioning: The ambient air gets compressed by an air compressor, then dried by an air dryer and subsequently filtered before entering the process vessels.
  2. Adsorption: Pre-treated air is allowed to pass into a vessel filled with Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS). Here most of the oxygen pass through while nitrogen and other gases gets adsorbed. The adsorption process is interrupted before the adsorption capacity of the ZMS is fully exhausted.
  3. Desorption: The saturated Zeolite Molecular sieve is regenerated by way of of pressure reduction. This is below that of the adsorption step. It is done by a simple pressure release system. The waste stream that was got is vented into atmosphere. While regenerated adsorbent is purged with oxygen and used again for the generation of oxygen.
  4. Oxygen receiver: The alternate steps of Adsorption and desorption takeplace at equal time intervals. This in effect means that the continuous generation of oxygen can be achieved with these two adsorbers, while one is being switched at adsorption and the other at the regeneration process. A constant product flow and purity is maintained by a connected oxygen receiver. This can store the oxygen with purities up to 95% and pressures up to something around 4. 5 bar(g) / 65 psig.
  5. Optional backup system
  6. Oxygen product: Finally we get a constant flow of on-site produced oxygen.

what is Legal Tender / Forced tender ?

September 9, 2008 · Leave a Comment

Legal tender or forced tender is payment that, by law, cannot be refused in settlement of a debt.
Non-cash methods of payment are not generally defined as legal tender.

The Indian rupee is the only legal tender in India. The rupee is also legal tender in Nepal and Bhutan, but Nepali Rupee and Bhutanese Ngultrum are not legal tender in India.[citation needed] The Indian National Rupee is not accepted in Government institutions like Post Offices etc. in Nepal and Bhutan.

Anyone refusing such monies for their whole value would be prosecuted.
