Sealed quotations are invited for printing of ordinary version
of Bank’s Annual Report for 2006-07 from reputed printers having previous
experiences of printing of Annual Reports of reputed companies, preferably those
of Banks’ involving the following job and other particulars :

Printing of Annual Report consisting of more or less 100
pages. Text portion inblack and white and first and fourth cover pages bi -colour. -
Paper to be used for the Booklet : 41 GSM ITC TRIVENI SPGT

Size of the Booklet 7.75" X 10.75" (in inches)

Booklet Binding – SADDLE STITCH
-
Printing to be done as per manuscript to be provided in
bilingual form (Hindi & English) -
No. of copies required – 3,20,000+ 2%

Delivery period within 6 days from the date of placement of
order -
Delivery at Kolkata

PAPER SAMPLE IS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH QUOTATION

In response, please quote our No. AGM(FIN)/AGM/4/2006-07 with
brief resume of past experience/credentials of the printing company. -
Submit your Tender in the following format :
a) Serial No. b) Description of job c) Rate d) Quantity e) Total Value
(Showing break up of cost of paper specified above and printing cost and other
costs (please specify, if any) and total value/cost. -
Refundable security deposit of Rs. 15000.00 (Rupees Fifteen
thousand only) by way of Pay Order/ Demand Draft on Kolkata of any Scheduled
Commercial Bank drawn in favour of "UCO BANK A/C – Tender Money for Annual
Report 2006-07" to accompany the tender. -
The tender in a sealed cover should reach the office of Chief
Officer (Finance-Share Section), UCO Bank, Martin Burn Building, 3rd floor, 1,
R. N. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata – 700 001 latest by 25th April 2007. -
Quotation must be in the Company’s letterhead.

The Bank reserves the right to accept or to reject any
quotation or all the quotations as well as to split the order amongst the
tenderers, as its sole discretion and the Bank’s decision will be final and
binding on all concerned..
